McCallion & McCallion Realty is excited to announce the addition of two new members to its outstanding team of Realtors® — and for Milissa Sprecher, that excitement is personal too.
Introducing Mary Hamele and Scott Hamele, Milissa's sister and brother-in-law. Mary and Scott, along with their two children, recently found their place in the sun on Sanibel.
For more than 25 years, the Hameles owned a very successful plumbing business in the Madison, Wisconsin area, specializing in residential and commercial construction, along with real estate development.
"Our background in home and commercial construction will offer our Florida real estate clients a unique, contractor-based perspective on quality homes," Mary says. "Being from the Midwest, we know how quality homes are built, what to look for, and sometimes what to look out for. We think that's a great plus for home buyers and sellers, today more than ever."
Scott added that "in many ways, this is a natural extension of our quality contractor business and our careers, as well as a win-win for real estate clients. And as long-time Sanibel visitors and lovers of the island lifestyle — did I mention how much I love golf? — we wake up every morning and embrace another beautiful day in paradise."
Welcome to the McCallion team, Mary and Scott. We encourage you to reach out, say hello and get to know some great people who can help you find your place in the sun!
