Milissa has been a full-time resident of Sanibel Island since 2002, relocating to her childhood vacation destination from the Madison, Wisconsin area. Milissa and her spouse John have owned residences and commercial properties in Wisconsin, as well as residences and vacation rental properties on Sanibel and Captiva. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Captiva Islands Association of Realtors® and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Royal Palm Coast Realtors Association,  is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Vacation and Second Home Specialist as well as a Sanibel-Captiva Island Specialist. She and John have three children who all grew up on Sanibel. She and her family appeared on 60 Minutes following hurricane  Ian. Following  Ian her family chose to rebuild the home they lost.   Citing there is nowhere else they'd rather be.

With a Journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milissa has excelled in the communications and business industries: advertising sales with NBC15 Madison, Owner, Kryptonite Creative Group,  and a Sanibel children’s clothing store owner Friday's Child, and — for many years — Sanibel and Captiva Islands lifestyles photographer. 

Jackson Sprecher brings a rare mix of precision and adventure to real estate. Raised on Sanibel Island, he grew up with an intimate knowledge of the barrier islands, waterways, and coastal communities he now helps clients call home. That local upbringing, paired with his background as a commercial pilot and licensed boat captain, gives him a perspective most agents simply don't have — he understands the land, the water, and the sky that define life in Southwest Florida.

As a Realtor, Jackson applies the same discipline and attention to detail that guide him in the cockpit and at the helm: careful preparation, clear communication, and a steady hand when it matters most. Whether he's helping a family find their first home or guiding a buyer through a waterfront property search, clients trust Jackson to navigate the process smoothly from start to finish.

When he's not closing deals, Jackson is usually out on the golf course or out on the boat, soaking up the same island life that shaped him. He lives with his fiancée, Rone, and their two cats, Mel and Leo.

Scott Hamele is a Realtor and Sales Partner with McCallion Realty, bringing over 25 years of experience as a business owner and master plumber to every transaction. That hands-on background gives him a sharp eye for home quality and construction, along with the practical, detail-oriented approach he brings to negotiating contracts for his clients.

Outside of real estate, Scott is an avid golfer and enjoys duck hunting in his free time. He also cherishes long beach walks with his wife, Mary, and their black Labrador, Ski, and he volunteers his time toward environmental conservation efforts. Scott's blend of technical know-how, negotiation skill, and genuine warmth makes him a trusted partner for anyone buying or selling a home.

John is an internationally-awarded creative director who’s owned his agency for 40 years in 2026. In total, his 1,000-plus awards, numerous editorial praise for his work and history of branding and marketing success — much of it in the real estate industry — gives both buyers and sellers a significant advantage over most other realtors. John holds a B.A. in English and M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), is a member of ASCAP and Shutterstock photographer. When he’s not working with the Sprecher Team for your success, John (unlike Jackson) plays a terrible game of golf — but loves his Southwest Florida beach-bum life.
